Red InPlay and LaCoste Challenge. Starts out Springy and manly. Fragrance fades quite rapidly. I have found very few aromas last in men’s colognethese day . Turns out I get to enjoy their originality until I leave for work. I wish manufacturers and opinion summaries were honest. Very, very few colognes truly last thru the occasion or day or night anymore. I wish I knew why. Be wary of anyone saying the smells last

This is my 1st time buying from Fragrance X. I ordered day before yesterday and perfume came in today! Looks like the real stuff. Smells great too! I don’t pay outrageous prices for perfume so this is perfect for my budget! I used to work at a perfume factory that made knock offs- That was cheap smelling cologne! But I must say, this is not! I’m totally satisfied with this purchase. I plan to purchase more. As long as I keep getting this quality, I’ll remain a customer!

Bien reçu la commande dans les temps, les parfums sont conformes aux originaux, pas de frais particuliers à l' arrivée, j' ai trouvé mes parfums dans ma boîte aux lettres hier, pour une commande le 26/11, donc 8 jours pour la livraison comme annoncé. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

I ordered some Michael Kors by Michael Kors EDP from Fragrancex, before reading these reviews! After reading them, before the order arrived, I must admit I was slightly worried... However, the product seems genuine, to me - bottle and box look right, it smells good and the perfume lasts well on the skin. It smells similar to a gorgeous Michael by Michael Kors scented candle, I bought from Harrods several years ago - not absolutely identical, maybe, but the formula has changed slightly, since then, along with the name. Unfortunately, though, I did have some problems with delivery. I requested for the item to be redirected to a local Pick-Up shop and the shipper confirmed by email that it would be. However, in actual fact, this request had not been confirmed on their system (despite the confirmation email) and they, instead, tried to deliver the package to our home address 3 times, before taking it back to their warehouse. We then called them and asked for it to be sent to the Pick-Up shop, as arranged, but they refused, even though they admitted it was their fault. They said it was due to be returned to the vendor that evening. So, we contacted Fragrancex and explained the situation. The first reply we received was not promising - it was as though it had been answered by a bot, as it didn't address the situation properly, at all. So, we had to repeat ourselves. This is why I am knocking off a star. After that, the replies were more appropriate to the situaton and the problem was finally resolved, by Fragrancex (successfully) asking the courier to redirect the package to the Pick-Up shop. The whole thing was a hassle, but (aside from the first reply from Fragrancex) the main problem seems to have been with their courier (DPD), not them. The courier doesn't appear to have a proper procedure in place, even when they admit it is their system that has made a mistake. They need to sort this out, frankly. I would suggest their customers (i.e. Fragrancex, in this case) should try to put pressure on them to ammend their system, to ensure this sort of thing can't happen, anymore. Either that, or they should find another delivery company/courier. Although, that would be a shame, as DPD's Pick-Up shops are very convenient, as long as the system works properly.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews, I've used FragranceX for years now and generally speaking the delivery is a little slow but I always seems to get what I've ordered at a good price.

Seriously, I`ve been ordering from Fragrancex for two years and I`ve never had a real problem. No fake perfumes, - I know my Guerlains, those are the real deal, - one package was lost but I got refunded immediately. The only mildly annoying thing is not being able to use free worldwide shipping more often but other than that, everything`s great. I`m not a bot or a Fr-x employee!
