You don't give any samples like other sites. It's a shame that you have a large inventory and a shame on the products you have on the list but out of stock. If you can send samples, send them, if you can just take the out of stock items down, do it. I don't want to be waiting for something that's not there. I love the section, hate the lack of service to keep a client. Give free things to people who spend money, they will spend more!!!

The website is super simple to use and the prices of the perfumes and colognes are affordable for high end REAL scents. There are a few perfumes that are always out of stock which is frustrating but other than that, buying from Fragrance X is better than buying from a department store. The shipping is always fast and simple and a discount is always available.
