It appears they replace the perfume with urine and send it out. I am unsure if a third party is involved but customer service is a pain to speak with. It would be better to pay extra from a known source. To much money spent on fake perfume. I would ask the company to be honest with customers and stop scamming people out of hard earned money. Acqua Di Gio should be a pleasant sweet smell, not like cat pee. Company standards have changed since Covid-19.

I received one defective order, and I emailed about it soon after I received it. That was a week ago. To date, no one has reached out to me. I need to return it and get a refund.

I received wrong items, nothing is correct. I have returned the original package to FEDEX ( tracking number 164989698774 , Please send me the correct product as soon as possible I have sent an email to Support few days ago, but still have not received a response & no any updates. I have sent you several emails to you. So far, 3 weeks ago, I have not received any reply.

Expired products, no refund, no answer from company Returned 2 perfume bottles that were spoiled from order no: 33065627 Two months later I am still chasing the company for a refund. Ignoring my emails stalling and no customer service. Worst company I encountered in many years of online shopping.
