I thought this was truly a trusted site with 100% authenticity...boy was I ever wrong. After reading all the reviews I still purchased three different Colognes, because I wanted the free shipping. Each one had a smell of rubbing alcohol mixed in with the scent of the Cologne. All the boxes look like a professional sealed and they looked originally. But you can completely tell the difference once you spray. Not the scent. Extremely disappointed & wasting my time. I find it incredible how many different locations sell counterfeit cologne and perfume. You should just add this to the list “do not buy“. From this location. I’m going to ask my credit card company to go after this company because I believe that this companies Fraudulently sell these items. Wasting my time wasting my money still waiting to get a email back explaining to me how do I get a refund.

My cologne bottle was slightly damaged and used

This is very sad to send my complain I was give order 3 items 25-05-2020 and get received order number but not further information yet, I’m also send 3 time email to customer support Center and calling directly to phone numbers as shown on help line but didn’t not respond o please end me reply or status of my order thanks

I ordered couple of perfumes on May 22nd and the order no 3454226. Till date the product has not been picked by DHL from fragrancex. I have mailed them 3 times yet I have recvd no replies from them. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I received half bottle of perfume in my order

No response, automated replies - even invitations to keep on purchasing when you have not received the order after a wait of three months. Surely my last purchase from this vendor - pathetic.
