FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

FrangranceX has great prices. I like that they offer smaller bottles of some of the fragrances so that my husband can try out the scent before committing to a larger bottle. My order came without any breakage AND they included a sample bottle for me to try. Very pleased with this company.

Hello, I live in Australia and had seen negative reviews of FragranceX, but I can put those at rest, at least in my own mind. I ordered Wulong Cha on the 6th December, It has just arrived 11 days later via DHL. Packed and shipped the day I ordered, and arrived in perfect condition, all legit and authentic. Great service, great delivery comms at every step. I will definitely be using FrangranceX again. Ty, it must be a busy time of year, but you do a great job.

I have been a customer of FragranceX for a long time and found them to be excellent. I recently had and order returned to FragranceX for an unknown reason. I was given a refund for the amount paid and received an acknowledgement of the returned merchandise. It seems to have been handled in a way consistent with my overall experience of gold standard customer service. Thank you!!
