Loved my fragrance! Only issue was the packaging of the perfume. I received my package in an envelope that was not padded therefor the fragrance box was damaged severely luckily the actual box the fragrance sits in wasn’t damaged to much just scrapped up a little bit. That would be my only concern is the packaging of the product when shipping.

Deliveries were on time. Prices were good. Selection was good. Might need better savings though. More coupons.

I LOVE LOVE AND LOVE THIS SITE!! I am very pleased with the shipping process as well as the variety of fragrances to select from. I only have a couple concerns...some of the items are still rather pricey on this site. I am a LOVER of perfumes, however I wish that this site would invest in sending out SAMPLES to it's FAITHFUL customers to test out other fragrances. I KNOW what I like, but I'm scared to try something different in fear of having to send it back. I HATE SENDING ANYTHING BACK!! Fragrance X is overall the BOMB.COM!

Most of what I order comes from here. Great company but make sure you do your homework and check around because not all the colognes they have on there for sale are of value. Some prices of colognes are more expensive on fragrancex for example Dior Sauvage edt 3.4 oz they have on here for $122 and I walked into Ulta and purchased it for $95. So they are way above msrp on this. Other frangrances like Chanel they are doing the same. So if you want to save money on the good stuff you have to walk into ulta or Macy’s or Belk or Peebles etc to get it at at least MSRP. Sometimes places like fragrancex are betting that you don’t go and look and do some research and take advantage of people this way. If you ever hear from them for whatever reason and they tell you ithe Prices are higher on some products because of supply and demand that would be a lie. You can walk into any department store at least here in the South and buy Dior savage or blue du chanel all day long no problem. That would be my only complaint and I buy a lot of colognes.

I got a great deal on a perfume that was hard to find. And the price is usually good enough to let me try something new. But I would like more products. Like lotions.
