HOW CAN U GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE ??? I have been emailing and calling . Nonstop!!!!

I placed an order on 6th June with a FX15 discount code for a 15% discount. I proceed to check out and paid for it via my credit card. On the 9th i checked on the order again and realised that that the 15% discount was not applied. I wrote an email to cancel the order and received a reply within 5 mins from Fragrancex the order could not be cancelled as it had been shipped out. However under 'My Account' on their portal, it was indicated that my order was still under "Processing" and had not been shipped out. I had a screen shot of it as evidence. FragranceX, you are clearly a dishonest business entity and a blantant liar. First you breach in contract on the 15% discount promised to me and then lied to say my order could not be cancelled as it was shipped. All fragrance lovers and buyers please be aware of such practices by Fragrance X.

Oh they do sell fakes. They mix it. They sell real ones first then they throw in a couple of fake ones. I have reported them to the police. They hope that nobody is ever going to bother to notice, if they notice they will feel stupid but take no action, do not read reviews, or they have no clue how to tell a fake from a real product and just happy that they got their designer fragrance at a discount price. There are not enough perfumes manufactured in the whole world that these guys claim they have in stock, so that "they can buy in bulk and offer good price". Absolute You can not get discounted Chanel, Dior or Guerlain. They sell gone -off old fragrances- as the best case, the worst case that you are spraying a dangerous chemical on yourself. There are so many perfumes " available" now online, hello people wake up! There arent simply that many manufactured!!! Yes some buy off stuff from bankrupt stores, or from airports, but that many? No way. There arent simply that much ingredients. If you want your luxury, do not be cheap: 1, either save up and buy it from a real department store 2, buy at the airports. Online shopping is a big scam now for these companies because of the lockdown, and they are taking advantage of it. Wake up!

Warning!!!!! I was soo excited when I got my package but when I opened it I was very disappointed by the way the Rihanna rebellebodymist and perfume smells. I had to purchase another perfume to compare it was completely different the perfume and body mist I bought from this site was fake and it smelled horrible like it they put another perfume in there. Very disappointed

The product was Damaged or broken and by the time I received my perfume half of the bottle was gone. I reached out to customer support sent pictures and they have not gotten back to me to make it right. I’m not asking for anything just asking for my delivery to be correct and this is the second time so I’m really wondering if this is a reliable service

The worst!! I live in NYC, ordered over a week ago, they said my package was shipped the next day and would be there in 2-3 days... checked my tracking info, remember i live in NYC.. my package left the facility in NYC on May 28th, by June 3 it is in Oakland, CA wth!!! It is now June 5th and i have no new information on my package.

Most of their perfumes fake because of the smelling not the same authentic and the Batch code not found

Vorsicht vor diesem Händler. Der Bestellprozess (Order #33083072) war schon sehr holprig. Ich wurde nach Bestellabgabe 3 Mal via Mail nach einer Telefonnr. gefragt, da der Auftrag sonst nicht verschickt werden könne. Jedes Mal habe ich eine Rufnummer angegeben und erst nachdem ich einen Chat mit dem Händler eröffnete, konnte meine Angabe endlich berücksichtigt werden. Als dann die Sendung mit DPD zugestellt werden sollte, ging die Katastrophe weiter. DPD hat dann auch noch völlig versagt, weil Sie das Paket nach 2 Zustellversuchen einfach an den Versender retourniert haben. Meine Telefonnr., nach dem man ja nach Bestellabgabe so hinterher war, war offensichtlich für den Datenkraken. DPD hat sich nicht nur nicht gemeldet, sondern hat es auch nicht geschafft, das Paket an den von DPD selbst kommunizierten Paket-Shop weiterzuleiten. Ich musste insgesamt 8 Wochen auf meine Erstattung warten und auch nur, weil ich PayPal eingeschaltet habe. Von Fragrance kamen auch nur Standardmails zurück. Auf den Käuferschutz-Antrag von PayPal hat Fragrance überhaupt nicht mehr reagiert, sondern schön die Antwortzeit verstreichen lassen. Kundenservice ist für diesen Laden auch nur ein Wort ohne Bedeutung. Asoziales Verhalten rächt sich immer! Eine Einmalerfahrung mit dieser Bretterbude.
