Indeed I was able to confirm in the tracking details that  "due to operating conditions, your package was delayed". We are really sorry about this, as it was out of our control. For the delay and the nozzle issue described, I just refunded your Klarna account for $12, you should see the funds in your account within 24h. Hope this helps a little. Have a great day!
