When I placed my order I purchased two bottles of perfume, I only received one bottle of the items I ordered. I contacted customer service and they did issue me a refund. Customer service was extremely prompt in answering me back but never asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted the missing item sent to me. I was extremely happy with how quick I received my order, I just wish I would have been asked about what I would have liked instead of just giving me a refund.

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of. We sometimes refund an item that is no longer replaceable, ie an item that may have sold out in the process of replacement. However, we could have done a better job of communicating that. If I may ask, what is your order number, so we can take a look at it specifically? We would love to resolve this issue for you. Please contact us at [email protected] so we may assist further with this. Have a great week!

Was this item seconds. Hardly any fragrance. Is this considered cologne? Very week fragrance.

I like/love my choices of perfume. I feel the price I paid was fair, compared to either sight and even in-store buys. However, my Sofie came with a broken sprayer. No matter what I tried it would not work. (I tried changing out with a different sprayer). The only way to get the perfume out of the bottle is to put it on a cotton ball or in my hand.

We are happy to assist you with a return and a replacement. Please send us an email at [email protected] and indicate the order number, if you can, so we can assist. We are more than happy to help with this issue. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Received half my order, the rest got cancelled. Showed "in stock" when purchased, but as soon as i ordered, within minutes, i got an email stating "out of stock". Process needs to be better, updated or something.

Hi Andy, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Our system is sometimes unable to account for the remaining perfume stocks that are damaged or unsellable; thus the over-estimation of the stocks available on certain items on our website. Sometimes it may say we have 11 in stock, though in reality only 7 can be sold, and 4 can be in an unsellable state, and we are not able to account for that. Our development team is hard at work to ensure that we can implement a fix. Nevertheless we would have issued a refund for said sold out item. In case we have not, and if you have other questions or concerns on this order, please feel free to email us at [email protected] so we can further help!

Ordered three bottles from Fragrance X three months ago, nothing received, their shipping partner Picup had replied on mail to say the parcel is with their courier Dawnwing, their courier said they have not received such a parcel, later on they changed the waybill number claiming that's why they couldn't track it, on the 3rd Sep dawnwing updated their tracker to say they have been notified of the parcel however have not received it. Fragrancex meanwhile don't want to give me my refund. Do not buy from these people, unless you like money being taken like that from you. I did finally receive my parcel, great quality. If you order from South Africa just make sure you have enough time to wait for the parcel.

It took longer than usually to arrive. The Bond No.9 doesn’t smell like the original, but it has the price of the original. Additionally, I usually receive a gift, considering how much money I spent, but this time there was no gift.
