I'm missing a part of my order and I have tried countless times trying to reach your company... I ordered two bottles of women's intense and I got two men's bottles instead....

I ordered an item that showed "available for immediate shipping", however 3 days later it hadn't shipped and, after logging into the order, i discovered item was "out of stock". So i have to assume it was not in stock when my order was accepted!! To compound the problem my refund was less than that paid for the product (due to sterling-us dollar exchanges). In summary i actually paid some money towards an item that i never received!!

The perfume received was a cheap and fake version. How can you tell if it is a fake? 1) The plastic packing did not cling properly to the box and was a thick cheap grade. 2) The paper box tears easily (cheap) 3) The perfume bottle cap was different and made from cheap plastic as in compared to the original perfume that I had before. 4) The perfume scent did not even last more than 3 hours. The original scent would last days on unwashed clothes. So.. please do not repeat my mistake. If you want a bottle of Burberry next time just go to the Burberry site or the Burberry counter at the mall..

I placed an order on April 22 and never received any update from them regarding my order and on the website it says it was shipped on June 4 !! I didn’t get shipment or even a message from DHL or the website! I contacted my local DHL service and they said that ”physically” they didn’t receive the order from FragranceX but It was updated that it was shipped online!! Its almost 2 months since i placed my order and they are promising a 10 days delievery on their website! i tried calling them but there was no one to answer my call as well. I mean they could send an email at least instead of keeping me waiting all this time! Very disappointed. I also discovered that their prices aren’t lower than the market as they claim. I don’t recommend it.

I purchased a single cologne for Father's Day & someone took my payment info & took $490+ out of my account in somewhere in Lacheneia Terrebonne Canada. Waiting to see if the cologne will even show up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Today is 6/13/2020.

I ordered 2 bottles of perfume being naive to believe that if so many good reviews, means the products will be good. Is a big lie!! Those 2 perfumes does not smell like the original and does not last at all and when I say at all I mean not even 1 hour!! I’ve been using fake perfume that last even Better than this one!! Be careful if you want to spend your money on this website as definitely you will get disappointed!! I’m sorry that my review has to be negative, but the truth must be spoken! Absolutely waste of money

This is a scamming site With a Non responsive Customer service DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them. place and order and haven't received it until now and they refuse to answer my emails.

Said on website that it would be delivered 2-5 days, didn't actually ship till the 5 day ordered. Tried to call multiple times, on hold 20mins each and every time and then they hung up, no matter what time called, also emailed twice and never got a response, I will pay more for the product next time to not order from this plase
