Sent you an email was very disappointed in the size & amount of the sample of the Dolce and Gabbana I could have gotten it for free from store never thought it would be that small for almost 6$ I have been a customer a long time but think this did it for me

First of all my package arrived a day late which is not the end of the world but on top of that the cologne sucks, it almost stinks and thank God it doesn’t last long, this whole experience was basically a nightmare, not to mention I tried calling FragranceX several times no answer

Fragrance and powder ordered smelled nothing like the orginal. So very disappointed

I placed an order since the 29th of June, been sending emails and still no respons! Would like to cancel my order, do disappointed, wish I had read reviews! No I dea how to cancel my order, been sending endless emails asking about my order #update, claims to have cancelled my order but still don’t have access to my money

Very bad experience as a first time buyer, all I know about my order is that it was shipped on the 1st of June, if I do a follow up they only explain the corona situation but they do not tell me where my order is stuck and I think they also don't know where it is

Very unhappy when I opened the box to see that the perfume was not in sealed clear packaging as usual. Just an open box. With all going on this was unexpected. Don't know if I'll order from this site again or recommend to anyone.

Smell doesn't last long at all. After an hour of wearing it, it had no more smell. Makes me wonder if it was even an authentic bottle. Highly disappointed
