Everything was cool until I received my order. 2 out of 3 bottles were leaking. At first they refused to make me whole. Then when I would not take their offer, they send me an untrackable shipping label. When I wanted to pay for the shipping, they stopped responding to my emails. I will dispute it with my credit card company. I will win of course. Stay away from these people. If you have a problem, their goal is to keep your money any way they can.

I tried sending a few emails to get an update on my order. I ordered wns of june and atill havent received anything, no updates on my order what so ever. Tried calling them this morning waited for 30 minutes for them to suddenly say they cant take my call right now and hung up after waiting for nothing. Sent 3 emails no answer back. And on their website they mention investing more money on customer service that is total bull****!!! I am so sick of running after them for my order!!!!! I just want it shipped to me or refunded! I cant even get a hold of anybody in this company. I do NOT RECOMMEND!!!! FIRST TIME BUYER AND LAST TIME BUYER. DONT GET FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. ORDER NUMBER :35572967 seems i can only get a response from them by posting a review so here you go what is your excuse now????

If I could give 0 stars I would... This order was only refunded $50.99 and that’s incorrect. I spent $169.98 for Gucci Guilty 1oz parfum and Libre by YSL 3oz parfum. It’s nothing wrong with the perfume and everything was shipped back in the box exactly how it came. I only sprayed once. I even paid for my own shipping! I should have been given my full refund. They know very well both those perfumes worth more than $50.99. This Whole experience was frustrating and I’m mad at myself for even buying from this site. They will sell you perfume that is not authentic and try to keep a portion of your money when you want a refund. They owe me $118.99 more. I will not stop until I get my money back period.

I purchased two $200+ Parfums de Marly products, both of which were fake, inauthentic products, as neither had a batch code on the box. I called and spoke with customer service and was told some garbage that they buy wholesale and therefore don't have batch codes, which is 100% false. Luckily they refunded me ONE of the bottles; I'm still waiting on the second refund. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience.

I placed an order on May 13th, it has been more than two months, I still haven't received anything!!! No order update at all !!! I'm so disappointed, but I'm not allowed to cancel the order which is really ridiculous!

Do not buy with them! They are just a bunch of swindlers I called them, e-mailed them and they just do not answer me! I do not receive any updates about my order since 9 days!

Fatal! Muy mala experiencia 💩. Llevo 8 días esperando un pedido. Me contestan enviándome publicidad y más publicidad pero de mi pedido no dicen nada. No dan la cara! Ni tengo pedido ni me han devuelto el dinero. No la recomiendo a nadie!!
