This is my experience, I placed and paid for my order watched the shipping status. My order made it all the way to my home town. All of a sudden it’s being returned to sender no explanation from Canada post. Customer refunds me my order minus all shipping charges. In total it cost me thirty dollars and I received no perfume. I contacted customer service and they will not take any responsibility or offer anything to me. This was my first order and my last. And yes all my delivery info was correct.

Compré 7 fragancias, lo enviaron hasta mi casa en Perú, pero NINGUNA tiene ni el 10% de fragancia, solo se percibe el alcohol, no duran ni 15 minutos antes de desvanecerse por completo. He pedido opiniones a mi esposa y a mi madre, y se han quedado con dolor de cabeza por oler tanto alcohol. ESTOY COMPLETAMENTE DECEPCIONANDO !!!

I received my order in a timely manner and well packaged. Unfortunately the fragrance I ordered, Orange Juice, did not have an orange smell at all. I was so disappointed! For a moment of panic, I thought, "Oh, no! Do I have Covid?" (Because of the loss of smell.) I am not making an ugly joke either. But thankfully that wasn't it. If there was any scent at all it was gone in an instant. I would like to return or exchange please.

Lazy customer service, this company must be staffed by volunteers because these people don’t have the least bit of concern about professionalism, profit or retaining customers. Horrible first experience-Never again!

Ordered a few bottles of perfume, one had a defective spraye The company refused to exchange the bottle. I went back and fourth with emails. They kept asking for proof. How do you prove when you spray the pump leaks. I regret having to write a review however, the situation was not resolved. I will not be ordering from this company again. I will stick to shopping at the mall where exchanges are easy when a product is defective.

its been 2 and a half weeks since I placed my order and it has not shipped yet. Very disappointed in this process, extremely slow. It makes me question, is this company even legit?

Looks very sketch

I ordered and the payment was taken out of my account a month ago. I haven't received the order and it still states it hasn't been processed. They commented on another person's order and used covid as an excuse. Then it stated if they haven't received said order to call but if you call it rings for 20 minutes then hangs up. I am contacting the BBB.
