Love the product but NOT the packing. My item was almost lost because the box tore and the item was loose in box bouncing around.

Very good prices, very fast shipping, great selection, real frags, no fakes. What is there not to like?

This is the best of all the fragrance discount sites I've shopped--the selection is good, but the important thing for me is that the product is always in good condition. I've had many experiences with other sites where the items ordered looked pretty rough, and at a discount site you can sort of expect that because one might reason that you get what you pay for, but at FragranceX I've never experienced this--everything has always looked as good as or better than what I could purchase at a department store. That's a big plus! The only drawback I've experienced is that one order I placed did not ship when the site said it would (within 24 hours). Several days went by with no status update until I decided to contact customer service. I did receive a prompt response to my email stating that one item in my order had been oversold, and they were waiting for more stock. This was a little odd because the site still showed that the item had several pieces in stock, but hey. Moral of the story, don't trust the "Hurry! Only X amount in stock!" messages. I was given the option to wait or to have that one item canceled so that the rest of my order would ship which is what I did, and I was satisfied with everything I received. I will continue to shop here because the customer service is better than what I've experienced elsewhere, and because the product is better too--it might cost a few dollars more, but it's worth it.

We lov ur tester no box purchases, but tops/lids for the cologne bottles would be nice!
