FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

Never got an update on my delivery........never delivered it to my correct direct address I had to chase it down....very dissatisfied with they're customer service....the product was at least the real thing but I will think twice about ordering from you again!!

Two of the perfumes that I ordered were not wrapped and also it look like some of perfume from the two bottles was used.

Cedrat boise-order arrived quickly and in very good condition. However, the perfume itself is very disappointing. In terms of scent, smells good but it doesn't last at all. No silage even when you freshly apply it. Drys down to a powdery leather scent on your skin that is barely detectable. No, I will not buy or recommend it.

I have been stuck on customer service call waiting for the past hour! Absolutely horrible customer service

When I got the perfume I was so excited. I opened it up sprayed it and it smelled like old moldy perfume.. Yes, they did send a sticker to have the perfume sent back but I also read that it was gonna cost me another $6.95 off of my money I paid to get reimbursed..... lesson learned won’t by here again

Fragrance quality not good :(

Delivery was quick and prompt but my fragrance smells like alcohol. I smelt the scent in the first three sprays and noticed it smells like rubbing alcohol. All of my friends agreed it smells defected. Needs to be returned.

I was sent duplicate order. Cost me $20 to ship back. I should be reimbursed for shipping.
