EVERYTHING VERY GOOD--SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT.

My experience on fragrance X is very good. I received the package timely with my 3 perfumes. I was surprised when my one bottle of from Versace didn't have a cap on the bottle. It was a tester, but another company always supplied a cap.

The 2 bottles of perfume I bought smelled just like the originals, but did NOT have the staying power as the original scents. (an issue I've experienced with many online perfume purchases multiple sites) My experience with their customer service department was positive. The agent was friendly, to the point and most importantly, helpful. She made the return process quick and easy. I most likely will try FragranceX again in the future for a couple of reasons. They offered a good selection of perfumes for great prices. Their free shipping kicks in at only $35 (lower than most!) and they offer free returns! I have nothing to lose by giving them another shot.
