no one cares and no one ever replied to my emails !! can't track my order and couldn't reach them I will never shop again !! NEVER EVER

I have never received my order. Wrote email to them but they “couldn’t help”.

The container had leaked at least 1/2 of the contents

Please stop sending me this message "FragranceX.com - Your Order 36344972 is On Hold"! I have already answered back and you did not reach me back. I do not understand, the money has already been taken from my bank account. Please ship the command rapidly or proceed to a refund. I am really disappointed with the service.

Haven’t received it yet

I received my item and the nozzle does not spray well causing the perfume to leak. Also when you put the lid on it pushes the nozzle and this also causes the perfume to spray and leak out which will cause the perfume to be waisted. I have emailed and called several times since I received my order but I have not heard back from anyone. I really hope I can hear back from someone soon regarding this matter. This was my first time shopping with this company but with how the customer service has been this will probably be my last time shopping with them.

I ordered Beautiful perfume when I opened it I could tell it was old, it was RANCID. I sent it back and asked for full REFUND. Fragrance X deducted $7.94 from it for shipping it back. Not Cool. I was sent a perfume that was not wearable. Its not like I just did not want it. It was RANCID.

I received my Yardley deodorant and it is delightful but I am not happy with the Ombre Rose body lotion. It smells musty and old without any trace if the Ombre Rose frangrance!
