I am returning the perfume as it smelled as if it were slightly rancid —perhaps because of exposure to heat in transit? I’m sorry about that too as I looked forward to the arrival of the perfume. Anyway, I returned it —insured through UPS.

I ordered 2 perfumes from Fragancex on Monday and recieved it on Thursday, one of my perfumes is the tester but smell is really good like the real one. Shipping was very fast but I had to order it 2 time for this order because of my email address that I put in the website is not as same as in the bank company so the store refunded my money back and didn't tell me that the order have already cancelled, it made me so confused( a lot of costumers that I saw they wrote on review they were confusing this situation too ). So I waited for the order so long time and customer service can't answer my question that's why I gave 4 stars

I have bought my fragrances from FragranceX for several years, and have been very pleased. My only criticism would be that I have found recently there are very many items that are "out of stock". I don't know what happens, but it is most disappointing. I have been on the waiting list for Chanel 22 for some years & have never seen it.

I just want to say that I contacted FragranceX about returning a Shalimar refill that I ordered. After receiving the product, I noticed that the color was a little darker and that the scent did not last...also the fragrance was just a bit off. After researching the internet on fake perfumes and colognes being all over the internet, I believed I received a "fake" (but not sure). However, I want to say I received the best customer service from FragranceX. I emailed them and told them that I wanted to return the product. They sent me a return label with clear instructions. Several days later they let me know they received it in the mail and issued a refund the very next day. For the price, I could have kept the Shailmar cologne, but this company was very professional in dealing with me and I wanted to give them a good review based on how they handled my return.

Product always as expected and very timely delivery. Would be 5 stars except way too many emails in between orders!
