I'm waiting for confirmation from support and a replacement of Armaf - Club De Nuit Intense Woman because the bottle cap is broken (photos sent via email).

I ordered one perfume and the package arrived to weeks after. When I opened the box no perfume was inside, only the coupon cards. I already sent emails and messages on their social media account and until now no response on their part. Worst customer service.

I ordered Curve for men.. and it’s not the original Liz Claiborne. Very disappointed, to say the least. Won’t be buying from here again.

I don’t think it’s authentic. It doesn’t smell like the perfume I know and like and it lasts less than 7 minutes. I sent an email to see what to do in this case and didn’t receive a response. Extremely disappointed.

I did received both items. I made numerous attempts over several days to reach your offices, but to no avail. I returned both items yesterday. They were not acceptable and not up to your past standers. I have used these scents for years. Lucky if the scent lasted for 20 minutes. Very disappointed. CJ

Fake perfume Marina de Bourbon,i ordered 50ml,when perfume came i check info about perfume,but sticker under bottle show -100ml.But i received 50ml

The product that was sent over was either a knock off or substantially diluted. It doesn't smell like the original product. I compared it to the original product which I still have some left. I also, sampled the two bottles with friends familiar with the product and they also immediately could tell they don't smell the same. Your company needs to find out what went wrong and fix this because i don't see myself recommending to anyone with this kind of product quality. I'd give a zero rating if that was an option. Israel

As I previously wrote in my email, I did receive the order but the products were damaged in the shipping process. I ordered 4 bottle of Bodyvology White Gardenia body spray. Two bottles were either damaged or leaked during shipping. One bottle was half empty. A second bottle was one-fourth empty. The shipping box was wet and stained with the perfume. I previously sent a request for a partial refund or replacement product. Please advise.
