I have been trying to find a men’s cologne and left an email and It seemed to me like I was getting all the wrong answers until I had to send you guys a final email and one of your employee said “Yes we have it in stock” why didn’t she tell me this before is beyond me, Nevertheless I will shop elsewhere.

The Reb Fleur fragrance does not have any smells other than indistinguishable chemicals so I have no other choice but to believe it is fake. I will not buy from gray market hereafter.

Worst company to buy from. 26 days as of today and still no shipment. No update even though called multiple times. Took my money and refused to refund. The excuse given is shipment has been sent out. Poor customer service. Would have given 0 star if I could. Refund my money!

I ordered Vince Camuto Fiori rollerball. It smelled like pure alcohol or hand sanitizer. I was very disappointed.

Atrocious communications, delivery and tracking. Ordered perfume on 2 Sept. Tracking status updated to staged on 2 Sept. Zero movement in 6 days, and a tracking number which when selected, says no such parcel exists. Sent two e-mails no reply. Xcellent at taking your money immediately.

they have claimed that my card information i have provided was incorrect,however they still managed to take the money off my account,then put my order on hold.... nearly a week later and 8+ emails (with my correct details),and several phone call.... no answer.... dont know what to do.. iam very dissapointed and i feel ignored. Very unprofessional

When paying $2.99 per “bottle”, I did not realize that these were the same samples that are easily acquired at department stores for free. That being said, after trying these out, I was of the mindset of “Eh” at least I know what these smell like. Until I noticed that one of the vials was a little sticky and then saw that half of its contents were gone. And then opened another sample (it was in a sealed pouch that had to be ripped open) and there was a completely empty vial with no lid! Terribly disappointed with this experience and will not use Fragrance X for anything else.
