Delivery very reasonable. Body lotion I ordered is great however the Alfred Sung perfume spray doesn't stay on long - seems to fade away - not sure what may be wrong with the formula.

I DOUBT FOR 6 DAYS WITHOUT SHIPMENT ACTIVITY UPDATE. For 4 days daily update has been posted in the FRAGRANCEX portal and the last message was “WAITING FOR PICK UP” by courier SMSA (with AWB No.) and nothing more….after that I started to doubt for 6 days without shipment activity update and I sent several follow up to the FRAGRANCEX customer support service and replied on time. On the 11th day shipment activity update posted and my order was released from SAUDI costume at 1:33pm and I received my order after 6 hours. Thank you FRAGRANCEX to meet my expectations, I received my order within the lead time period of 12 days and the products packed safe and authentic. But for FRAGRANCEX, I highly recommended you to update daily shipment status in your portal and the courier portal to satisfied your customer and to avoid to think doubtful transaction and to minimize costumer bad reviews where in fact we received our order.

Dear Ringo, Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Your feedback is truly valuable to us, and we regret any dissatisfaction with our shipping services. Hello Eduardo, Thank you so much for dedicating your time to reviewing our services. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and would like to express our apologies for any dissatisfaction you may have encountered. It's important to highlight that the Customs process is a complex and external aspect that lies beyond the influence of any company. The responsibility rests with the regulatory departments of the destination country. While we make every effort to assist by liaising with the carrier, any delays occurring in Customs are unfortunately beyond our control. Additionally, please be aware that orders not cleared in Brazil cannot be returned to the US, as per the regulations imposed by customs authorities. **The package is still under Customs, as they are currently reviewing the information that you provided to them.** Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

I like this site. Only problem is one of my items came broken. But that was a one-off experience. My other orders and items were fine.

It's not the fault of frangrnceX but the fault of USPS. Apparently my two scents got stolen, never received them. Vanessa @ fragranceX is trying her best to resolve this matter. Once I receive my two Mont blanc scents (Signature for Her & Spirit), I'll return & update this review.#usps #dworsrt!
