Ordered 4days ago still in America not good enough up ya game.

The service was excellent-fast delivery and I was able to easily return my product. However the perfume I ordered did not smell like the perfume. I’ve worn this scent for many years and am quite familiar with it. I was very disappointed but at least I could return it.

my large bottle of Paul Sebastian arrived with no plastic on the box and the lid of the box open. I've used this product for years and the item I received had only a faint hint of what PS should smell like. its my fault, I had no business buying this type of item from an online store.

My friend purchased Parfums De Marly "Herod" from FragranceX for me, it was mailed to my aunt address in the U.S and she brought it to my country on her vacation sealed. The fragrance seem original but I am really disappointed with the performance and projection of the cologne. I have way cheaper colognes that perform and projects way better than this pricey bottle I received, really disappointed because there is no way I can send it back for a refund being that I live in a third world country.Shipping was excellent she recieved the item promptly just wish I recieved a better bottle guessing this was a real reject bottle from the store.The scent didnt even last 20 minutes after so many sprays.Im sure fragrancex is a great company I guess I just got unlucky with the bottle I recieved wish I would of gone for something cheaper because this first time high buy of paying over $240 USD on a cologne that doesnt even last 20mins hurts.I also recently read reviews on "Herod" on the official fragrancex website seem I was not the only person disappointed with the performance of the cologne must be a bad batch of Herod on there shelves ....Moral of the story dont go looking for niche brand colognes on discounted sites you literally will get the rejects.

The order arrived right away but the spray nozzle is broken and unusable.

I am a little disappointed. I love the original Casual by Paul Sebastian. It's been my scent for 20+ years. Seriously, my family and close friends recognize it. I ordered one tester and one perfume. The perfume smells pretty close, but the tester only smells like alcohol. I purchased a bottle from another party and it also smells like pure alcohol. So sad. Shipping was fast and the packaging was perfect, so there's that.

First time ordering from them ordered a cologne on the 8th of October then didn't recieve an email till the 13th saying there was a delay and they would ship my item out next 2 business days then get another email today saying my item was damaged not only that I find it odd I go back to the website to see if the item I ordered was in still in stock and what do I see nope nothing I find that to be very odd and debating whether or not I want to order from them ever again how does an item go from being in stock to out of stock in 8 days.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store. I was a regular customer and bought perfume for quite a big amount of money, but my last order really upset me and I'm not sure I'll buy anything here. They sent me completely wrong product in completely different packaging - I ordered L'air Du Temps by Nina Ricci (30 ml Eau De Toilette Spray With Bird Cap), but received some kind of cheap plastic bottle, totally not looks like what they show on their website. The support person was very rude and didn't offer a solution to the problem (he offered me a 10% refund for this item, which is ridiculous and frustrating). It makes me very sad, because previously the store was more pleasant, problems were solved instantly and the goods were in perfect condition.
