The absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I spent nearly $100 on perfumes which they incorrectly shipped to a city 500 miles from me. Their reply when I complained was that I go to the local post office to claim my package; to a city 500 miles away! They have left it up to me to contact their shipper to resolve a problem that they caused. I am likely out my $100 as they and their laughably named customer service department are refusing to help. Please don't waste your money at this site!

The perfume is a bad copy 🤦🏻‍♀️I will love my money back

I am situated in South Africa and I ordered for the first time on 30 Aug 2020. Unfortunately I have been unable to successfully track my order on the website. It is a fail. It does not state what courier has my parcel. It is now 27 days since my order was despatched! As an overseas client I cannot recommend using this company. I repeatedly request assistance from the customer service but receive no assistance and only a vague email response which looks like an automated reply. There has been no information given to me as to what courier has my parcel. Such a shame as there are so many wonderful perfumes on offer on FragranceX. If I could, I would give a star rating of Zero. So disappointing.

This it not Climat that I expected, not even close. Not happy with the this purchase.

I tried to buy 2 perfumes for 120 euros. the shipping will be over 170 euros? it is cheaper to buy it from a local Perfumerie. But I didn't complete the order.

I bought myself some perfume after nursing my husband through a long drawn out illness, this was a treat off my daughter, I bought- Daisy-Eau So Sweet Eternity-Calvin Klein Modern Muse-Estee Lauder Beauty-Calvin Klein Oh how I wish I hadn’t my order came to over £200 pounds when it arrived I opened the boxes in anticipation. That soon turned to horror the perfumes were all FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE. They smelt so horrible, I was gutted. So please save your money.

It took many days before my order was shipped and I missed the deadline to present it as a gift. I got too many emails asking for 6 digit authorization and even when I sent it, I received many more emails asking for the same thing. The process was very frustrating.

Hi guys, Always I had a very good experience with you guys, however this time was not good as expected.. The tester was in really bad chape, not even the cover came with the perfum.
