i just recently received my orders, i ordered light blue by D&G , omg im sure its a fake one, i compared the one that i bought from winner’s shopping store last year and the scent is way way different from original. i regret buying here in fragracex. i will never buy perfume here again, and the scent that i bought here in fragrancex it didnt last for 2 hours.. i am so disppointed...

J'ai commandé un parfum sur fragrancex. La commande n'a jamais été livrée. Par contre sur le site c'est écrit que la commande est livrée. J'ai écrit plusieurs mails à frangracex, mais j'ai reçu aucune réponse de leur part. Pas de parfum, pas de réponse. Fragrancex ne veut pas rembourser c'est pour ça ils ne répondent pas. Comme c'est votre problème si la commande n'est pas livrée. J'avais commandé avant les autres parfums. Ils vendent aussi des vieux parfums dont la validité de vie dépasse. Je ne recommande pas.

Two charges to my credit card and four emails repeating that the card charge had been declined. Replied to their emails expliaing that I had been charged twice but no response. Called customer service and after a long expensive wait, as I'm not in the US, was " helped" by a really rude lady who was not prepared to listen and would not stop talking. She said she would cancel the order and reverse the payments. Soon after I got another email telling me that my payment had been declined. They don't answer emails but just keep sending automated mails. Appalling customer service. I won't be ordering from them again. Payments from card confirmed by provider as completed but have not been reversed 9 days later.

I ordered recently from India and the money got charged on my card but then got a mail later saying “order on hold” asking for some bank code! How the hell did the amount got deducted when we dont even use any BANK CODE in our country! #FraudAlert + no further communication, numbers don’t work, even the cancellation request is pending since days. Money is stuck and no revert or confirmation on anything. DO NOT ORDER TRUST ME!

very complicated payment process. fragrancex.com has not properly implemented their PSP's API. they ask you manually for transaction code of bank. very poor e-commerce understanding. Shifted my business to other, more customer friendly shop.

I have a problem with ordering and no one replies to the email. I ordered the perfume, cut off the money and they wrote me that there was some problem and I should called to my bank. I approached my bank and was told there was no problem and the money was out of the bank. The order was canceled, but my money is nowhere to be seen and neither do they respond to emails. I wrote to them on October 4 and today it is already 9 October but no one has answered yet. Terrible costumer service!!
