🇿🇦 If I could give the -5 I would. I ordered from them and they sent me a tracking number that does not pick up. I’ve sent countless messages but till today I haven’t had a response as to where my order is and it is passed their 12 business days mark. So there’s no response And no perfume. I just want my money back. As this company is clearly a scam. Their international customs service is terrible.🇿🇦

J'ai commande LM Parfums Patchouly Boheme le 12 octobre, et recu mon colis le 19. Ils m'ont envoye LM Parfums Radikal Iris a la place. Je leur ai signifie leur erreur immediatement, et cela fait 3 jours qu'ils ne repondent pas. 140EUR de perdu. Je suis cliente chez eux depuis 2008. Ils m'avaient deja fait le coup il y a quelques annees, en m'envoyant Papillon Hanae Mori en EDP 30ml, alors que j'avais commande l'EDT 50ml. Je n'acheterai plus jamais rien sur ce site. Edit 23-10 : J'ai fait une reclamation Paypal. Toujours aucune nouvelle de FragranceX. Bravo. Edit 5-11 : Fragrancex m’a contactée afin que je leur envoie une photo de l’article erroné. Je leur ai envoyé la photo. Ils m’ont demandé de fermer le litige PayPal afin de pouvoir donner suite à ma demande, ce que je n’ai pas fait. PayPal m’a par la suite remboursée. Ensuite j’ai reçu une étiquette de retour DPD de FX, et j’ai renvoyé l’article.

Ordered perfume to be shipped to South Africa. Received a tracking number which can't be traced. I have sent countless emails to your customer service department with no response. I have even contacted the company via Facebook and Twitter for assistance. Absolutely appalled by the so called service for international shoppers. I will not buy there again and would not recommend the service to anyone.

Hi, my issue with them is not about the process of buying or the variety of products , I really wanted to buy a fragrance called (nishane hacivat) and I really wanted to know the batch code and the year in which the fragrance is produced, they answered me (we dont have this information but our fragrances are fresh ) ,,what ???!it's written on the box ,.. its seems to me that the lady who answered me doesn't know any thing about perfumes ,...... big companies always changes there batches,,,,due to that the scent profile is not the same ( performance wize , and sometimes scent wise),,. I even gave the lady the serial no of the product on thier website,.. and no answers until now , the product that I wanted to buy is almost 300 $ product it's not 30 $ perfume . And I asked another websites before and they had given me this information with no problems

I had received my order but was sent a product I had never ordered and with no way to contact them through phone etc very frustrating .. I will probably not use this site fragrancex ever again just because this is super petty hastle really no way to contact them no return email and phone number is useless they say can't assist you right now .. goodbye terrible they really need to work on customer service I am getting more pisst off the more I talk about .. Syed Rizvi filled my order ..

Don’t waste your money on this product! I’m not sure what happened could be a bad batch. But has no scent. Feels like your spraying water on yourself.

FAKE. FAKE. FAKE. I have been wearing Versace Dreamer for 15 years and typically get my perfume from Macy’s. This is very apparently a fake cologne- the smell is completely off and smells musty old.
