This is in regards to most recent order received on 10/27/2020. Unfortunately, gift set ordered was damaged. The 10 ml size of Guerlain Santal was completely shattered upon delivery and all perfume evaporated with broken glass all over box. In fact, it was poorly packaged (emailed photos of damage). I immediately called FragranceX, not answering calls and directed to email only. Also sent several emails. As of today, I have not received any responses at all from company.

Very disapointed in the fact that I had to pay both local VAT, customs fees and shipping on my order though ithe site stated, at the time of purchase, that these charges were included. If pricing had been correct, I would have shopped other places, as price incuding these charges became even more expensive than buying locally! Products as expected and timely delivery by DHL.

I usually order from this site and i had a pleasant experience in the past But now for tow times i had an order thn i got wrong shipment and when i sent emails they delay me for a long time to replay it and now I paid a lot of money and non of the shipment is my correct order even though iam a regular customer but recently i am not satisfied

I ordered 3 fragrances, which i have been using for years. Azzaro wanted by night= not similar at all Hugo boss bottled oud= not similar Mont blanc explorer= hardly last for 1 hour I guess they sell bad badges, thats the reason why they sell for so cheap.

I placed my order on the 20 September 2020, have not had any feeback after sending 2 emails and cannot track my parcel, it is disheartening as it was meant for a birthday gift

I have placed an order on 17th Oct ‘20. I did not receive my items yet. I wrote 3 emails till date to FragranceX’s support team but in vain. This is the first purchase and it’s really not a pleasant experience.

22 days order late. Still not recieved. Doesn't give adequate info and keeps blaming covid 19. Sick of this constant total scammers. Buy at own risk

I recently received an order where the perfume was leaking inside the package it came in ( I could smell it before I even opened the box it arrived in). Perfume was on the outside of the bottle, as well as about a total of a 1/2 inch missing from the top. I emailed FragranceX requesting a replacement (not a refund), asking what my next steps would be. No response. I waited another day or so and then forwarded my previous email; again, no response. I have spend a few hundred dollars with FragranceX over the past couple years and I would expect to have a better response to my problem from customer service rather than filling out a survey. I would like the perfume I ordered, and just wanted someone to reach out to me and advise me how to get a new bottle. Very frustrating to have to play tag back and forth via emails/surveys, with no live human interaction.
