I waited almost two years for a specific fragrance to be back in stock. What was disappointing though was when I received emails from FragranceX the subject stated to purchase my fragrance which wasn't actually in stock. And, even though when it actually came back in stock, I was shocked at the new price which was almost doubled! Four stars only because the ordering was simple enough and when I ordered, the delivery was very quick.

I do not like that you charged my account double, and then, a week later, returned one charge. I see no reason for this. Yes, I like the product, it arrived quickly and is reasonable. Will I order again? I don´t know.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 stars is that the prices should have been with the taxes. The taxes at the end come as a surprise and might even reduce your bounce rate for the last page. The last few dollars might pinch a few people. Great service otherwise. Cheers !
