Dear Alireza, We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. After thoroughly investigating the matter, we found that our records indicate the package was successfully delivered to the address provided and specifically to your front door. We have photographic evidence to support this delivery, and it aligns with the details you confirmed. We understand the frustration of not receiving an expected package, and we genuinely sympathize with your situation. However, since our records indicate a successful delivery, we are unable to initiate a claim to dispute the delivery. If there's any possibility that the package was misplaced, we recommend checking around your property or check within the household as someone may have taken it on your behalf. We strive to provide the best customer service possible, and we're here to assist you in any way we can. We appreciate your understanding.
