I am very pleased with my order, I give the service 5 stars.

When I ordered 2 men's colognes, the ship date was not as promised due to a computer clitch. However, when I received one cologne; the reason for not receiving the other cologne was that the second cologne was damaged and that they did not want me to receive it like that and that my credit card was refunded. I loved the honest explanation and will order in the future. Price factor was a big plus also.

Products that I purchased arrived in a timely fashion and were reasonably priced. One of the eau de perfumes seemed watered down- and had a fragrance that lasted for a very limited amount of time. This problem could probably be attributed to the manufacturer, not necessarily Fragrance. But this was still disappointing. I am happy with the other fragrance I purchased and believe its price was better than prices I viewed on other sites.

Name brand fragrances at a lower price. Why shop anywhere else.
