Wanted to buy a few fragrances from them but changed my mind. The reason is the following: I searched their website for Marc Jacobs Daisy. Before adding the perfume to my basket, the price was €46.32, after the perfume was added to the basket, the price changed to €55.58. The same thing happened 3 times. I contacted them via their FB page asking why there is such a difference in the price, to which they replied that it's impossible for such a thing to happen. And this is despite the fact that I provided them with screenshots. Surely this is a misrepresentation! Not going to order from them and don't recommend to anyone!

Hi Guys my name is Frans from South Africa. Can somebody help me, I purchased product from FragranceX and it has been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my product. Please help

Worst online shopping ever! Couldn't process the payment from the beginning. While the payment was being processed, one of the items ran out of stock. The support responds with monotonous phrases that do not say anything. Do not answer specific questions. When he promises to send, he does not fulfill the promise. when the dispatch will be and what is the problem the support cannot answer. I got a reply after 3 days. While the caliper was answering another item in the warehouse ran out. Results - I waited 2 weeks to send the order, missed his wife's birthday for whom I was preparing a gift. No normal reactions followed, as a result, the support just stopped responding to any of my mails. I suspect that if there are no problems with your order, then you will be satisfied, otherwise I can recommend this store only to people with very strong nerves who like to receive monotonous answers with a long delay, which do not solve anything and explain nothing. here you just need to understand that this store sells 14,000 items a day, it just doesn't care about your 10 bottles or less. P.S. I still have not received a refund for those goods that were not sent to me...

I have used there website twice and each time cancelled the order. Both times as after 7 days they still hadn't shipped my order and when I made contact it takes them ages to respond. Honestly find a local provider in your own country instead of using this site.

Please reply to my email it is more than a month I did not receive my product. That is a gift now, now occassion is over, if it is lost give my refund! Reply to me i have so many emails from you

This is a total headache, been trying to pay for a whole day and their system just decline all payments even though I'm giving all personal details, their payment gateway just sucks, and agents do not even reply or help Waste of time

I bought one from Macy's spent some money then I saw this site bought another for my daughter but I notice they smell different. The one I got from here way different more sweeter. Did I just get a knock off?

The bottle lid was broken and some of the perfume has spilled out. Dont feel like shipping it back but i wont be ordering from FrangranceX anylonger. Thank you
