I made 2 separate orders with and only received one. I also got an email if I received a package from the order I received but not the other...which ironically was made earlier. Apparently I can’t get reimbursed for it either, disappointed really.

Unfortunately after covid this website become a scam no one answer whether you call,email or even send them a tweet they will not respond to you lots of people complaining on twitter in there mention and they dont reply to any of them, avoid using this website until they start to legitimately shipping products and refunding people if they didint ship it

I still have an old bottle of Liz colonge. The thing I like about it is that it is not a sweet smell, it's a spicy smell. The stuff I got was so floral and sweet smelling it was nauseating. This is not Liz

When recieved the bottle had been cracked and a majority of the liquid had leaked out.

so we purchased two perfumes over the weekend. the money has left our bank account. they keep saying the order in on hold. there is no customer contact centre nothing

Placed an order for a bottle of perfume for my girlfriend, to find the money has been taken out of my bank account. Yet I have no emails stating my order has been received or acknowledged. I then proceed to log in to the website, for my account to state I have placed no orders . I have tried contacting the company, but no response! Absolute scam.

I wish I could give less than one star. The customer service is an absolute joke. I placed 2 order, in the first one some items weren't available, no one did let me know until I enquired what happened with my order. I cancelled that order and replaced some fragrances with others, 3 days later and nothing happened. I ended up cancelling my order again. I rather paying more but having peace of mind.
