I have placed my order in 28th of Nov and i have not received it yet. They said it’s shipped since Dec 2 and when i enter the tracking number in the carrier website it shows that its not received by the carrier yet. As well they didn’t reply to my email. 👎

all of the tracking links they sent are broken and when I search for my products whereabouts on my own one site says it’s delivered to a location that is definitely not mine and the other says successfully returned to shipper? So essentially I don’t know where my product is and I’m receiving zero emails giving me assistance. They’re outside of USA help line doesn’t work and No one has returned my emails. At this point I feel like I have been scammed and I won’t be getting a perfume but they are happily taking my $170 dollars. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered at Nov 30 2020 and I did not get any thing yet ... they say it's take 12 day to receive it .. but the status did not change ... and also they did not replay to my email ... update I received my order missing 1 item ,,, I think it's gona be last time to buy from this websit .. and I dont recmmend and one to buy from it ,,, becuse they dont replay or answer to my email ...

I have not received my order yet, the delivery date is 7 but it is later than expected

It is very expensive and bad costumers services especially for Saudi Arabia. Also no cancellation options and delays on delivery

I bought perfumes four times from FragranceX. I am French and I have been wearing perfumes all my life and everyday and I know them. On my first order, the perfume was authentic, the two following times the perfumes were counterfeit : you could tell from the box, the label, the color of the perfume and there was no scent at all or a spoiled smell. This is a website that sells original perfumes as well as counterfeit to make more money and confuse people. On top of everything, if you send back the counterfeit they do not reimburse the shipping, adding insult to injury. My son just bought me a fragrance for my birthday: it looks like beer and does not smell anything! I have been wearing this scent for years and know what to expect. Go on other websites that are honest, this is highway robbery, they should be fined or shut down.

The postal service has completely ruined the fragrance buying hobby of mine. FragX is great. I spend a lot of money on frags in a given month only to be strangled at the chokepoint of USPS taking almost 20 days to get my products to me. It's now a hobbies that is on HOLD until USPS gets their act together.

I purchased a 1 ounce bottle of Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce from FRANGRANCEX.COM for the purchase price of 69.00. This is a cologne that my boyfriend has always worn and I know it well. He and I both noticed that something just was not right with the smell of it. The orginal authnic cologne has a very powerful what I like to call bite to it. The cologne I received from FRAGRANCEX.COM did not. It smelled very close but was missing that powerful bite that makes this cologne so desirable. Since we don't live very far from an Abercrombie and Fitch store we took it in to be authenticated. We where told that we had received a counterfit bottle. After being schooled on how often this cologne is counterfitted and how most online sales of this cologne turn out to be counterfit since Ambercombie only have a few select licensed resalers, I have decided to only buy through them. So buyer beware. I belive this company has changed hands and is now using the 19 years of good reputation of selling authnic cologne to sell fake Chinese counterfit.
