I ordered perfume on 12/6/20 and was told it would be here in 3-5 business days. I contacted them a wk later and was told it would be to my house by Saturday. Saturday comes and goes and still nothing. I have sent emails, called, and I am getting nothing. Honestly, this is my first and ONLY time I will ever order from them again! I think it's a scam, not to mention, a joke of lack of communication. If it was because of the "pandemic" have enough courtesy to CONTACT the customer!!

Placed an order on the second last week of November with enough time to arrive by Christmas and they lost the package before it even left their warehouse as the package stopped moving. They sent another one in its place the same day I called and it seems that package has been lost yet again as it has stopped moving. The company they use Landmark Global is total s**t as this would be the second loss package now you can’t get any information from them of where your package is or anything like that as you have to go back to fragrance X for answers. Conveniently I can’t even get a hold of fragrance X because no one answers the phone goes straight to an answering machine doesn’t seem like they answer there emails as well.

I have ordered from this site outside of the US (UK) & I have been waiting for over two weeks and there’s still no sign of my order... I have even emailed the company yet no reply! Not a happy customer at all & I will defo not order from here again

My command was charged with two times two vallues: 78,29euros plus 0,82 euros My command on their website was at the value of 77,38 euros. Do no try to do anything with them because they are scammers.

Not happy with tracking. Saying it is with dpd but dpd saying parcel is not with them. Tracking is saying it is still at JFK They have taken payment so what is the holdup. No response from fragrance. Is this a scam

Update: Received my perfume today, unopened as of yet as it is a Christmas present. Slight coincidence I had written on here yesterday and got it delivered today after weeks of waiting but happy it is here. Ordered on the 5th of December and still awaiting delivery to the uk... apparently been sitting in JFK for the past 5 days? Scam

Please can anyone from this company answer me why my order is taking so long? I have track order number but it is still in jpk airport for ages. When will it arrive fir real ?

I’ve reached out to this company 6 times in the past few days on various channels to enquire about the delivery of my product, and have been roundly ignored on all of them, I will not be shopping with this company ever again.
