I get all my purfum from fragrance X very affordable

It wss packed well with no damage but the cap was loose on one bottle and product had spilled out.A little less than a quarter of a bottle.Things happen and this is to alert manufacturer.I am cool with it.

Difficult to make selections,could use a bit more help in making qualitative selections.

The products have all been fine and I’ve never had any real problems in the dozen-plus orders Ive made over the years. I’m deducting a star for the slow shipping (where it can take several days to get an order out) and for the selection. FragranceX has some good stuff but their seection of niche and high end fragrances is really lacking. If they broaden their higher end fragrances (Roja, Xerjoff etc) and speed up the time from order to actual shipping: it would be five stars for sure.

I have found the FragranceX to have lowest prices. One potential problem is that they do not always remind that the product is a 'Tester" with package marked: "not for sale". Not good if bought for gifts. They are often overly enthusiastic in follow-up for repeat purchases. Their automated system seems to consider that we bathe in perfumes. Current purchases will probably last for about two years.
