I ordered 3 items and paid for 3 unfortunatly 2 items arrived only while 3rd one the most expensive not I emailed support no reply after one week I was not refunded

Horrible customer service and have not received or have been able to speak with someone after purchasing my products. I would NOT recommend FrangranceX to ANYONE!!!!!!!

I have never been more disappointed in an online purchase like I am with Fragrancex ! Ordered on 4th of Dec, its 23rd and not received it yet. In between they have canceled one of the order coz it went out of stock after my order had been placed. Very poor customer service / communication. Had to write several emails before getting a single reply.

Still waiting on order from December 5

Do not order from fragrancex this is not a honest site. You cannot even contact them by phone. Stay away.

i reciced my order the bottle was brocken i have sent two e- mails as what do i do i have not heared back from any one...not to happy ...one was a gift......looks like someone drove over it...do you want me to send pictures..what do i do...alfonso#39148508..need to get some responce from someone...
