Don't buy from here . So finally received the package where Burberry perfume is missing from the box. Item is mentioned in the invoice through , did mailed about the missing perfume but no refund, no response on mail or no sign of aknowledgement. Highly disappointed with my experience. Would not recommend to order from this site

I ordered on the 11th December and still not received my perfume. I sent emails and they closed the ticket with no explanation. I am still waiting on my order

Terrible service, almost 3 weeks waiting for my order.

I ordered 3 perfumes for my daughter's for Xmas. They sent me 2 bottles of CKOne which I've never liked.I ordered VS Bombshell,Light Blue by Dolce Gabbana and The One by Dolce Gabbana.total 113.87 I cannot get anyone on the phone at their customer service # and have tried every day.No luck emailing either. The one email that I did receive ask for order# which I gave and they said they couofind my info with that order# but it is the exact # on my order receipt and on my account that shows all the perfumes I ordered.Ive put a complaint in with the BBB and this co FragranceX.com has alot of complaints.Beware of this site.If they get your order right your all set but when they make an error.GOOD LUCK.I just want my damn perfumes that I paid for or my 113.87 asap

Rubbish ordered perfume at start of December and still don’t have it this was a present and now that’s not going to happen, kept looking at the tracker and kept saying that it was at jfk dpd won’t be using this site again...

My order was cancelled. They refunded me but not in full. Only refunded me for the perfume but didn't return my money for the gift wrapper and shipping. Totally disappointed.

No customer service reply, no package sent to dpd, no refund, no fragrance for Christmas for my wife, thanks fragrancex, you’ve really topped off a great 2020.
