I was originally very excited to try out the perfume but when it came it just smelt like alcohol. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or what happened but it was my first time purchasing and sadly I was not impressed.

My husband placed an order on December 11th. He received a confirmation that it was shipped. The tracking ended on December 16th. We still have not received the order. I am so disappointed. We tried calling several times but never get through and then get cut off. We've left several emails and there has been no response. What do we have to do to either get the perfume or give us a credit?

I placed an order on the 19th November. I have not received anything as yet. I have emailed the company 3 times and have not received a single reply as yet. The website clearly states delivery between 4-12 working days. It’s now over 36 days. The delivery company janio from Singapore is very suspicious. There is no listed contact no. I have been in touch with them too but they will not phone me back or provide me with a contact no. Terrible service

I foolishly believed the website when it said FREE SHIPPING and my order would be delivered in time for Christmas. Ordered on 12/16. 13 days later still nothing received. Will not order from FragranceX again

Dolce and Gabanna was almost empty due to leaking cap. I emailed the company with pictures. Called customer service during business hours of operation. Would hold for a long time. Then receive a message stating unavailable to take my call or help me. This is reason for the one star. I'd like to have my problem resolved.

Ordered edt 18th December 2020,tracking says its been 4 times to each of 3 Newyork airports,&that its in transit, left loads of emails only to get told case number, really don't expect I'll get any delivery, quick to take money,but don't help n seems like they don't deliver, criminals

Order placed 02/12, as of 28/12 still nothing received. Delivery within 4-12 working days...NOT. Tried contacting FragranceX.....no reply. Fail!!
