Order are not arriving for everyone apparently, I ordered two perfumes with 200$ and even after 10 days my order is not shipped ! I don’t recommend anyone ordering from them at least in this time

I ordered 2 very expensive perfumes at the beginning of December. they were guaranteed to arrive for Christmas. Neither of them did. finally a parcel arrived and it had only one of the perfumes in it. I have contacted customer service with NO response. This company is a disgrace!

Returned an item and requested a refund. Received an email days later that the same product was reshipped to me, despite my request. Tried to contact customer service many times and could never get through. Sent an email and never received a response. Based on this experience, I do not plan to order from this company again.

Perfume was made in 2017 and smells so weak I have to put my wrist up to my nose to smell anything. Also....smells nothing like what it's supposed to.

En septiembre 2016 realicé un pedido (Order #19472042, Boss Bottled Night by Hugo Boss 3.3 oz Eau De Toilette Spray for Men) por valor de 49 €. Nunca llegó. Reclamé durante un año y en sendas ocasiones la devolución del pago. Solo me enviaron respuestas automáticas ("está en aduana, etc."). Es un fraude total. Se quedan con tu dinero. No sirven el pedido ni te devuelven el pago. El servicio de atención de cliente es un robot que solo da largas. No entiendo que Trustpilot les de una valoración de 4'6 sobre 5. ¿Acaso os han pagado por ello? A ver si se publique mi opinión también o que se elimine por no encajar. Cuidado con esta estafa u online scam.

I will never be shopping here again order something over 20 days ago and still hasn't trying to get hold of someone but no one is replying
