I ordered a perfume on Dec 23 and today Jan 6. Tried to call but after listening to music for 15 minutes got message that no one is there to help. Emailed 5 times. No response. Terrible customer service. It doesn't matter the saving, if you don't get what you order and no one care. What a bad customer service and it seems they don't care. Foolish people will keep ordering the cheap products.if they get them they will be lucky

I have been attempting to get an update on a perfume that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have contacted this company via telephone and email and I haven't received a callback or email response. I have been emailing every day for the last week. Terrible customer service. I paid for something I NEVER received and now they refuse to help correct the situation and or reply to my messages. I am so disappointed by the type of customer service they provide. I, unfortunately, will no longer be purchasing from this vendor.

Depuis longtemps, je commande chez fragrancex.com sans aucune problème. Sauf pour ma dernière commande. Je n'ai reçu qu'une seule bouteille sur les 2 commandées et payées. J'ai essayé de les rejoindre plusieurs fois au téléphone, toujours sans succès. J'ai envoyé plusieurs courriel et aucune réponse de leur part. J'ai donc perdu de l'argent parce que je ne crois pas que j'aurai un retour de courriel après 2 semaines de tentatives. Il est évident que je ne recommanderai plus là à l'avenir! Pour les prochaines fois, je commanderai chez chicparfums.ca Un peu plus cher, mais au moins le service à la clientèle est bon!

FragranceX is a very unprofessional business and my item was way cheaper at Macy’s I ordered my mom ysl for Christmas on 17th and paid a extra few dollars to get it get wrapped with a message and didn’t get any of that and the gift just came a few days ago and you can’t even reach anybody when you having issues with your order SMH

delivered on new years. but was for Christmas and 2 days USPS is a JOKE!!!! it's a 2 day service point to my address. i do not want to hear it's busy time. should be refunded for shipping at least.
