I ordered three fragrance on December 6th 2020 and when they arrived one of the bottle was missing and there was a mistake on another. I've sent two emails to them about this issue and waited almost three weeks but no reply from them. From where I'm standing this is a fraudulent company run by thieves who just take your money and then ignore you. I've used Frangrance.net and Fragrancebuy.ca before with no problem but I will never use FrangranceX.com again.

I ordered last year from this shop and was good so decided to do it again this Christmas. Put an order on 24/12 and it is in the Nederlands since Christmas day. I have emailed and tweet Fragancex many times and noone answers. The perfume was supposed to arrive the 29/12. What's happening? Can someone please answer the emails? I understand there is a world pandemic, but you must keep your customers updated!!!!

What a bad customer service. I ordered a Narciso Rodriguez pure musk. The bottle came damage, and the sprayer is badly leaking. Since the bottle of Narciso Rodriguez is designed as an opaque bottle, I can't see if the bottle came half empty or full. I phoned the customer service multiple times, I was placed on hold for 20 mins. and no one answered or picked-up my call. I emailed them multiple times with photos attached to show how badly I received the product. I did not even received response from Fragrancex. I directly sent my complaint to the online help desk 4 times and attached the photos of the bottle still no reply. I felt like it is just a waste of my money buying from this site. I will not buy from this vendor again.

I thought I was order cologne from Perfume.com, but I cannot reach them either by telephone or email. No answer and now I find out that the site is FragranceX.com. Very confused and very disappointed in this company. I have high reviews, but now I have a problem with a defective sprayer on the cologne they are no where to be found. I should have continuted doing business with Fragrance.net as I did in the past.

Rubbish, Order didn't turn up, kept emailing but no reply, tried calling but kept getting passed about, all I was after was an update, avoid like the plague.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FAST!!! THEY DUPLICATED MY ORDER, CHARGED ME TWICE. THE RED FLAG SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. SHAME ON ME. DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO CALL OR EMAIL THEM. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS.

Please do not purchase from FragranceX. After waiting for 9 days i emailed customer service for status 3 times but no reply. finally i received my perfumes on the 11th day...fair enough. however one of the bottle leaked badly and despite emailing and calling them there was no reply at all. I have been foolishly deceived when buying the perfume I thought it was the same Lolita Lempicka perfume the previous bottle the old version as shown in the photo and when I got total disappointment this line of perfumes is not serious, send a message and they never answered me.
