I ordered two perfumes a month ago. When CS finally responded they said they're experiencing delays due to the pandemic. Fair enough, I thought. Then today I see that my package never made it to Ireland- IF it ever shipped, but made it to Hinckley in UK and is going back to sender. The comments from other customers on Facebook say it's a scam. I am very worried.

Order no 39861917 I have been wearing Guerlain's Shalimar for 30 years and bought a bottle from FragranceX as the reviews were so good. However when the bottle arrived the top didn't fit at all - it is way too big for the bottle and wobbles around. That made me very concerned about the authenticity of the product. And so I did a smell test. I sprayed my left wrist with my old bottle of Shalimar (bought from a department store) and sprayed my new FragranceX version on my right wrist. And they smelt nothing like each other. Nothing. From the first spray to half a hour later, to two hours later. I even checked with my 18 year old daughter and she agreed that the smell of my old Shalmiar was far more complex and stronger than the new bottle. So I want to return the bottle and it states on the website that I have to send it to America, which (I've checked postage rates) will cost me £25. Clearly as the bottle only cost £50 this is barely worth my while. However the package was sent to me from Feltham in the UK. Why is the perfume sent to me from a UK address but I have to return it to an American one? I have found this from Chinese retailers too as a way to prohibit returns. I have emailed the support team and await a response. I am currently debating whether to hand this case over to Trading Standards here in the UK or Action Fraud to investigate further. My advice and opinion? Order elsewhere from a reputable supplier you can trust 100%. Louise Cooper

I received the wrong perfume. No response from customer services to multiple emails. Every bad review is drowned in fake 5* reviews. I strongly advise anyone who has been scammed by this company to report the fake reviews to Trustpilot.

Fake positive reviews clearly being posted on behalf of the company - Think this company have gone bust, many many people in same boat - they haven't replied to my emails in weeks and they owe me money AVOID AVOID AVOID edit: Do yourself a favour and sort by 'organic' reviews to see the real story.

Ordered 1 bottle of perfume. Have emailed them 5 times and tried calling somany times but no answer put on hold with music for 25 minutes and then disconnect. Item is still sitting in NY. I will not suggest anyone to use this company to order perfume.

Ordered 3 bottles of different perfumes for my gf for Xmas. Have emailed them 3 times and tried calling because I only received 1 of the bottles even though they said both were in there (packing slip and invoice). They still owe me item but they don't reply. I didn't think a big site like this would be so shady. and they are so late ...

Customer service suck! Ordered 2 bottles of cologne only recieved 1 called,email no response. Luckily I got the most expensive 1. Didn't get the smaller one. Glad it was only 7 bucks but still my $! Had ordered from them b4 with no issues.
