This is my 10th buying here from Peru and one item has not arrived! It was a present for my father and the number they provide never answers! Please I need some help! I contacted DHL and they said they would see what happened.... but when? The parcel seemed ok and no signs of opening so probably you d didn’t put the piece in the box! I wrote you an email with no answer. I also paid taxes to get it here in due time. Please send me my perfumeeeeee CBDNI !!

I have received the wrong item. I ordered Flora with a Gold cover, not a Black one!! But why you guys send me the wrong item (Black One!!!) I do not need a Black one!! Please send me the correct one.

Poor service. Order was placed on January,4,2021. No updates on tracking since then, nobody is answering email for 5 days already. Impossible to reach customer service and ask for money back over phone. Wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with FragranceX

Made an order on 18/12/2020 , more than a month later and still haven't received anything. The package tracking is frozen at JFK airport since 26/12/2020 and I have sent 3 emails and got no response. They don't care about their customers one bit.or maybe it's just a FRAUD. Apparently this is a frequent issue with this website. Save yourselves the hassle and shop somewhere else.

great product, great price, delivery not so much! i placed my order on 12/21/2020 and i got my order on 1/16/2021. i know it was christmas but from new york to akron it went from 12/23/2020 to 1/13/2021 22days! the best part was the customer service. they did not answer emails or their phones. i emailed about 3 times never got a response, i phoned numerous times never got thru to anyone once. i thought that maybe they had gone out of business! the only redeeming quality with this order was the product and the price. the customer service and delivery sucked!

Order 39055214 Ordered a product 9th December, shipped 10th December but has been sat at JFK airport since then. Customer service emailed several times but no reply. So disappointed as this company was highly recommended to me. I have 6 perfumes in my basket but wont be buying from fragrancex again, ill buy elsewhere
