I placed order on Jan 13th and only to received that they start shipping my order today Jan 27th, that really frustrates me as a customer as merchant promised to deliver the order to 4-12 business days, its been more than that and they just start shipping now? I order another item also another company from US (I am from Canada) I got the item after 4 days I ordered. This company is just not reliable! Just don't waste you money here.

I ordered two products one was pretty much the same price as any other supplier- I received this product I also ordered another expensive product as a really good price but didn't receive it. They sent me a picture of the two deliveries taken by the carrier saying - "there you are you had them" The photos were clearly different houses!! since then they have ignored several requests to re -supply I have also phoned but never get and answer Honestly don't risk buying from them they are thieves

Never got the shipment after payment. customer service is never there, never replied any email. Scam web! Avoid buying anything from it

I placed an order on January 12th. Haven't heard from customer service or had a package update since.

Ordered but takes forever to get it.

I have emailed fragrance x several times and haven't received an adequate response. I ordered over 100 pounds of perfume on the 2nd Dec and still have not received them or any response to my emails. I have no alternative but to get in contact with my bank and request a full investigation. It seems that the good responses on trust pilot are fake. I wont be purchases again from this site ever. I will purchase from reputable shopping sites from now on instead of fake sites just trying to scam you out of your hard earned money. Absolutely disgraceful customer services if you are reputable but my guts are telling me not. Dont bother with this site is my advice!!!

I purchased a gift set of Antonio Banderas cologne, bath gel and after shave. When I opened the box, the gift set box was damp. I opened it up to find the lid and the spray cap off of the cologne and the bottle was less than half full. The cap was loose on the shower gel and it had leaked out of the tube. I took a picture and emailed customer support as soon as I opened the box and saw the problem. NO reply 24 hours later. Sent a second email with picture. Still no reply. Tried three times to call customer support and no one ever answered. No voicemail, no recording option... just ring, ring, ring..... etc. This was to be a gift and is not acceptable the condition it is in.

I received my order but it was not what I expected the fragrance only lasts a few minutes I think it is not original
