I bought in 18th of december a perfume, today is 10th of february and still have no notice about it. They don't even reply, sincerly is the worst website i have ever found. Very dissapointed.

I do not recommend it. Order did not get two months ... do not communicate with customer. Bad. Não recomendo. A encomenda não chegou passando dois meses, nào comunicam com cliente...

I ordered a bottle of cologne for my bf and it wasn’t arriving so I sent a cancel order request, which I got a reply to say it couldn’t be cancelled because the item had been shipped. A week later I still hadn’t seen the package so I sent another email to inquire about the status of my order, I was then told the item had never been shipped at all. I wrote the customer service department and asked for a refund to my credit card. I never received a reply. I found it strange that they never offered a tracking number either. I am now out $80. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. They are a scam.

Horrible, item was not shipped in weeks, lied that issued credit, never did. Contacted customer service after saw no credit in my bank statement. Their BBB rating is D, it says it all. Horrible experience, don't use them.

the first and last time im ordering from this site. ordered Jan 23rd still haven't received my package.

Shipment was lost in transit. As it appeared, it is impossible to reach Customer Support. E-mails and phone calls do not get answered. In social media you only get automated messages referring you back to the e-mail address. Total disrespect to customers. Six weeks after I placed my order, I still didn't receive anything, no refund, not even a proper reply from customer support. Do not buy from FragranceX!

Bought Viva La Juicy Gold Couture and smell horrible. I sprayed it at the back of my hands and it was oily and greasy and not smell like the genuine perfume. Smell so bad!!!! My bath and body works mist smell better and last longer than this perfume. Don’t buy in Fragrance X it’s just a waste of money.
