I ordered the tester bottle of Happy, a fragrance I wear often and with which I am quite familiar. What I received was a bottle with a clear liquid that had NO RESEMBLANCE to the aroma of my beloved perfume. I was disappointed, felt gipped, and upset. I had already thrown out the packaging slip, so no way to return (and I would not pay more money for that!)

Misleading prices! On the google search page it shows £47 cinema of ysl but when you go on their actual site, it is £83 with 15% discount which takes it down to £71. Wont use this site definitely. I will continue using fragrance direct by all means! The best by far...

I was sold fake perfume. They reimbursed the purchase but 1) did not want to recognize that they sold me fake perfume and 2) did not reimburse shipping/packing. I bought a bottle of Grand Amour by Annick Goutal. After some very elementary comparing with pictures online and an old original bottle of the perfume (I even provided them a picture of a bottle I bought when in Paris back in December), it was painfully obvious that they sold me a fake bottle of perfume.
