FAKE! I bought 2 bottles of Ariana Grande's Moonlight & it smells awful. It smells nothing like the scent I tried & doesn't last. Very poor sillage. Do NOT trust this site. I will never shop online for a fragrance again!

Honestly feel like this is a knockoff I spray it on and it fades out quickly like I never sprayed myself and I've had this cologne before from other places and this is one of those colognes that normally stays on me and my clothes the whole day even till the next day so definately very disappointed

Watched youtube videos, google searched and they said the website is legit, I regretted not looking at trust pilot negative reviews and the facebook reviews, I bought a Ariana grande cloud decant from ebay and I love the scent, so I decided to buy from fragrancex and the perfume is FAKE, the top notes smelled like the tester however after spraying it on me, it smells nothing like the original, no mid notes or base notes and it lasted only less than 15mins while the tester lasted hours Its obvious that all these positive reviews are fake

I would give a zero star if I could. My order was placed on Dec 28, 2020. Ever since then, there has been no tracking updates. I have emailed and called their customer services many times. After emailing them about five times; it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, I was able to get the same response twice via email telling me the delay is due to COVID (when they say everything is operating as usual on their website). It has been almost two months since I've placed an order worth almost $200. No tracking updates have been made. My request for a refund was ignored. There is no way to contact a courier to sort out the issue, either. You basically have to take their word for it and believe that it is on its way. I believe it is a big scam. Think about all our hard-earned money they are taking like it's nothing. I would like anyone with similar experiences to come forward. I'll be looking into dealing with this legally. For your information, I am in Canada and my order was placed in Cheetowaga, NY. Please, do reach out. This company does not deserve 4.6 stars in my opinion.

I ordered a perfume weeks ago, the price should have been £39, they over charged and did not add discount coupon and also have not delivered my item. I emailed them and have not received a reply, this has been a number of days now They are thieves and con artists They over charge and do not deliver items AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! You have been warned, it seems like they are scammers

I have ordered (2x) different orders in the past 2 weeks or so and everything was good until I "FINALLY" received the first of the 2 orders I purchased ... and opened the box to find the $13.00 almost $14.00 mini of Acqua Di Gio Profumo was missing in my order? ... I've tried to find a way to contact fragranceX but NO LUCK? ... I also have searched my account and website to see if I could find a answer or reason for the missing item but AGAIN? "NO LUCK"??? I was charged for the item it says it shipped and I have also checked to see if maybe I was reimbursed for the item on my banking statement but I HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED??? IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED .... "A REAL BUMMER" HOPEFULLY there WILL BE A RESOLUTION TO THE "MIX-UP"? ... WE WILL SEE?
