NUNCA MAS VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR EN FRAGRANCEX Mi numero de orden es #74560669 Desde el 16 de Agosto de 2026 realicé una compra de 2 perfumes y se empezó a transportar el 17 de agosto hacia Colombia. La fecha estimada máxima de entrega era el 1 de Septiembre y hoy 2 de Septiembre se cumplen ya mas de 13 días hábiles sin ningún movimiento más que DELAYED (Retrasado). Trato de contactarme con Fragrancex y solo me responden que tenga paciencia. Exijo una solución inmediata a mi problema o iré al banco a que reversen la transacción. Pésimo servicio

I have been a regular customer, but this will absolutely be my last time buying from FragranceX. I received a defective and leaking bottle of Ck One. I contacted their customer service and provided all the photographic evidence they requested (clear pictures of the leaking bottle, the wet item box, and the perfectly intact outer shipping box). Instead of apologizing and replacing the defective item, a representative named Vasil offered me a ridiculous 20% refund ($4.52) for a completely unusable, leaking fragrance! When I refused this insulting offer and demanded a fair resolution, they stalled again and asked for a video. Their customer service relies on endless, unreasonable demands to exhaust the buyer and avoid taking responsibility for defective products. They do not value their loyal customers or respect their time. I am now forced to file a chargeback dispute with my Visa card provider to get my money back. If you want peace of mind, avoid this company. If your item arrives damaged, be prepared for a nightmare of bureaucratic loops and zero actual help.

I purchased a bottle of of ysl and I took the bottle into the mall and asked the people was the bottle real and they told me that the bottle was not real and that it was a knock off I paid 134 dollars for that bottle it’s not right to get something that not real I advise that everyone take it to the mall and see if it’s real or not
