There should be better hours of availability for customer service. On the west coast, they are only available in the morning or early afternoon--which, is ridiculous.

Product was exactly as described and came neatly boxed and intact. However, product did arrive outside of initial delivery estimate.

What I thought I was ordering was not what I got. It had the same name but was not the one I ordered. The pkg. was different, the color was different and when I wore it the fragrance did not last. Even tho it had the same name. I did not send it back.

Good quality with appropriate prices

Love the discounted prices on most of the fragrances. The order process is very easy and I received my order fairly quickly. I will definitely be ordering again!

I would have given a 5 star rating if it were not for the $6 gift wrap option that is offered. Save your self the six ,wrapping and card, pathetic. other then that , great dependable company. I use it frequently.
