Ho ordinato un profumo cioè narciso rodriguez due mesi orsono e non ho mai ricevuto niente nonostante numerosi solleciti. Non solo ma si rifiutano di rimborsare. Scorretti e truffatori

I've ordered a bottle of EDT. Looks original, but the smell doesn't less for more than 2 minutes. I sent a return and refund request as I am not happy with this product. Other than an automated email saying that they will respond within 1 day, but nothing happened. After 3 days I've sent another email, but other than the same automated response, nothing happens and a week gone by now. I highly recommend staying away from them.

It is hard to tell if the fragrances are 100% authentic . Until you receive your purchase in the mail and open up the fragrance The fragrances you buy in the department stores are definately real , though they cost more . If you think its worth your while then definately you can buy I found other fragrance websites that have alot more . Some cost a little more

My order was dispatched on the 4th Feb with last update on the 5th Feb. I emailed FragranceX customer service on the 15th Feb as there was still no update. I was assured that my order is on the way and I should allow 7-14 business days to get my order. Emailed them again on the 24th Feb as there’s still no update. I received a copy-paste email that my order is on the way. I decided to get in touch with the courier company on 2nd March as FragranceX couldn’t bother to look into my issue. DPD advised that there is an issue with the parcel and that FragranceX should raise an investigation. I asked for a refund twice and they refuse to give me my money back. Worst customer service ever! I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my worst enemy...

I ordered on February 17, I received the order on March 1. During this time I emailed them twice, but they did not answer me. So, the contact with the seller is 0.

Purchased a item online with Fragrancex, what follows next is unbelievable. They ask me for my creditcard number information so they can use a hand terminal on their side, super dangerous and ofcourse i did not trust them, then days later payment came through anyway and 100,- was written off my creditcard account, what happens next is amazing, for weeks and months my package was everywhere and then cancelled. And they just say to me no it's on it's way, clearly it is not! Then came the best part, they actually emailed my fragrancex account using my creditcard vendor name saying; i need to put in my account information or my account will be removed. Ofcourse i study IT and i know how fishing works. Also i think this is Fragrancex because that email i only used for Fragrancex account and not for my creditcard, Fragrancex is the only entity that could have guessed my email was used by me with this creditcard supplier/vendor (ICS Cards), so therefor i assume all positive reviews are bots, especially this many and with so little information in the post given. DO NOT ORDER HERE, STAY AWAY Currently i am working to get my money back with my creditcard vendor.

So I bought this cologne thinking i was getting the same one from the time i got a tester from macy’s for buying a different cologne. I was sorely mistaken because this did not smell even remotely close to the scent i had put on from the one i got at macy’s. Super sad the quality was not the same.

This order was totally a failure, perfumes are always missing. I don't know if your truckers are the ones stealing them. I was missing 6 perfumes.
