Asked for a refund and they don’t reply to emails

I ordered from this company because of the authenticity of the picture in the description. It showed the authentic box and the authenticating red lotus sticker on the bottom of the bottle of Chopard Casmir that I ordered. However, when the product arrived, the box was totally different and there was not a sticker on the bottom of the bottle and the product was much lighter in color than the authentic product that I have been using for several years. I sent an email immediately (almost a week ago) asking for advice to rectify the situation but as of yet have not heard back from the company.

slowest service, i've emailed them regards about my products, 1month still i haven't receive any.... and it took them 1 week to response to that! until now no feedback given from them. I revert back to their email about the status of my perfume, until now NO RESPONSE!!!! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY / BUSINESS. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO ENTERTAIN CUSTOMERS, THEN DON'T SELL.... WHERE IS MY PERFUME???? ITS GOING TO BE 1 MONTH AND A WEEK NOW!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY FROM HERE AND WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS! SAD, LOTS OF PEOPLE WANNA BUY HERE, BUT I INFORM THEM REGARDS ABOUT SLOW RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!!

Hey Guys ordered 75 Ck parfumes and only 74 arrived. The biggest scam I am so mad right now.... FUUUUCK!... Yeah AMERICA

Absolutely shocking! Ordered some Gucci perfume on 26th Feb for mothers day (14th March) they told me they tried to deliver it to me and no one was in when everyone is working from home. After tracking the parcel, it hadn't even left the depot. They are now saying that i cant have a refund until they receive it back. They literally already have it and are ignoring me now. Absolute joke!

No reply to emails over money taken out testing my credit card, no refund as of yet on cancelled order but received a email stating order was shipped day later. Just seems to be a monkey business would not recommend

They sell items that were opened before, with the inner paper box torn and spray leaking. I heard it from a friend before and experience it this time. The perfume is Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy, and they even want to deduct the cost of shipping from my refund. This is unreasonable and not that hygienic as the bottle could be mixed with other form of contents.

I use Fragrancex lots of times and never had a problem till now I order a bottle of ch Prive it didn't smell right so I watch the batch code it was 6 yes old. Still not heard anything back from then
